Appointments & Scheduling
We recommend booking your appointment in advance to secure your preferred time. Same-day appointments are welcome when available. Online booking is available 24/7.
Cancellations & No-Shows
We understand that things happen! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late cancellations may incur a 50% service fee.
- No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service before future appointments can be booked.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule to avoid overlapping with the next guest’s service.
Children & Guests
For safety and comfort, only the individual receiving the service is allowed in the treatment area. Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult not receiving services.
Refunds & Returns
All skincare treatments and services are non-refundable.
Product returns may be accepted within 7 days of purchase if unopened and unused.
Health & Safety
Your health is our priority. Please disclose any changes in your medical or skincare history before your appointment.
If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
Privacy Policy
All client information, including medical and personal data, is strictly confidential and used only for service-related purposes.
Right to Refuse Service
KSkin Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if a client’s behavior is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or non-compliant with policies.
